Run # 980 this week was at Long Hai Mountain the three temples trail.  Starting at the café near the base of the mountain we set off in the reverse direction of the trail set earlier in the week, as the road was too narrow for the bus to go down.  After a short chalk talk from Mother Teresa, we set off the along the road to the base of the mountain.  Up the steps we climbed, a long set of steep steps which eventually flattened out leading to the long flat paved trail.  Turning right we headed to the quarry climbing the steep slopes to the top.  The usual selfies ensued with a great view of Vung Tau some 15 km in the distance.  Selfies over we set off down the mountain on a new trail back to the road and headed to the down down spot.  Upon arrival at the cafe, we were greeted with icy cold beer which was gulped down at light speed.  The afternoon was enjoyed by all with a great party, rope skipping contest, tug of war games, great banh mi, sandwiches, and fruit at the down down spot.  As the sun began to set, the circle completed the games finished and all hashers suitably lubricated we loaded the hash bus with cold beer and set off back to the home of the Hash in Vung Tau, the Pacific Bia Tuoi.  See you all at run # 981 – On On.
