Run # 955 was a beautiful “Bicycling Tour” of Vung Tau City, with the down down at the back beach, thirty – five happy hashers rolled up the home of the Hash the “Pacific Bia Tuoi” ready to go.  After registrations were complete and the hash beer truck was jam packed with Sagota beer, softies and food, we all set off on our hash motorbikes to Bien Dong to the beach party location.  The chalk talk was delivered by Peemaker who gave a hilarious explanation of the trail and advised hashers if they get lost the beer is here at Bien Dong, so find your way back to the beer.  With excitement we set off along the back beach road heading to the Green Hotel to the bike shop, in brilliant sunshine we arrived at the bike shop where the hashers teamed up in pairs and selected a stallion of their choice from an eclectic selection of colored bikes.  Stallions selected we set off on the road heading to the Jesus statue the first uphill leg of the tour, once we ascended the hill we reached the Jesus statue gates for a small respite, hashers enjoyed icy cold ice cream prior to setting off on Ha Long road.  With haste the hashers sped up going down the hill past the Mercure Hotel racing down the hill on to Uno Coffee, the Black Perl, then whizzing past the O Cap hotel, quickly reaching the Panda Restaurant.  On On we pressed round the front beach passing the home of the hash the Bia Tuoi, then the grey hound track. Motoring down Le Loi which was clear of traffic we tuned right and headed to Lottemart on Le Hong Phong passing the roundabouts on the way to the large roundabout at Lottemart.  Quickly we negotiated the roads heading down to the back beach past the Pullman we turned right and raced back to the bike shop, where we dismounted our stallions and handed them back to a smiling owner, who carefully counted the bikes to make sure we had not lost any hashers.   The beach party commenced by guzzling the icy cold beer to cool down, the junior hashers raced into the sea to swim followed by their mums and dads,  music was provided by our hash DJ then the party got into full swing.  We danced and chatted the afternoon away for two hours, as the sun began to set the hashers numbers dwindled but the party kept going on and on.  With the beer supply exhausted we finally loaded the hash beer truck up with coolers and headed back to the Bia Toui ready for the next run – On On
