This week’s run # 943 was on Nui Dinh mountain at the Soui Da rock pools. Fifty eager hashers rolled up at the home of the Hash the “Pacific Bia Tuoi”. With the hash bus loaded all the hashers aboard with beer, softies and food we set off for Nui Dinh on to Soui Da. With the ominous threat of rain, we happily reached Ba Ria when the heavens opened but with trepidation we continued on until we reached Soui Da. We set off in the pouring rain up to trail past the rock pools, higher and higher as the rain poured, but with determination we continued on. Reaching the top of the mountain as the rain started to clear we took selfies on the lookout in the misty conditions, undeterred after the selfies were complete we set off hastily down the trail back past the rock pool on to the carpark. Upon arrival with the usual gusto icy cold beers were guzzled, banh mi whoofed down with tasty sandwiches, Indian curry provided by Mr. Trevor and all finished off with Fruit. Music played, hashers danced, the children went fishing and selfies were taken in the picturesque gardens. But time went so fast, the group photo was taken, the circle ensued and then it was time to return home as the sun began to set in the late afternoon – On On
